The Yellow House is a self-contained modern house comprising a large bedroom with ocean views and a main toilet with a double bath and shower; there is a second guest toilet. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen and lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows with an ocean view. The house has an additional separate ensuite bedroom with its own entry door and balcony.
